HYGROSTOP HG20                    WALL DRYING STATION

"THE WALL DRYER"

TO COMBAT UPWARD CAPILLARITY FLOW OF SOIL MOISTURE IN A FOUNDATION WALL

The electronic Station Hygrostop stops the osmotic push (capillarity action) of water migrating and diffusing into the walls. The unit analyses the environment and generates electrical signals reversing the damping process.

HOW DOES IT WORK ?

In a matter of weeks, our HYGROSTOP HG20 will completely stop water to migrate an be diffused into the walls.

The unit analyses the environment then it generates electrical signals reversing the damping process.

Where does humidity come from ?

It may come from the ground, from the building foundations, from the walls seeping water. In any case, the same phenomenon occurs : water get into the walls through capillary attraction.

(Capillary action is the resultant of adhesion, cohesion and surface tension in liquids which are in contact with solids causing the liquid surface to rise.) It will increase and worsen with time !

The HG20 generates electrical signals to impede that already present in the walls. It completely reverses the process : the wall dry up. The unit has formed a deposit of metallic ions, and caused mineral salts crystallization which in turn induced a final obstruction in the capillary network.
