How your PURLINE air purifier works

  1. Your air purifier draws unclean air through the unit front panel. This air is then passed through a washable pre-filter which retains larger particles including human and animal hair, pollens, dust, fluff etc.
  2. The BIOSTOP shield has been proven effective on moulds, viruses, bacteria which are generating sources of allergies, cardiovascular troubles, asthma, pneumonia, contamination, etc.
  3. The HEPA filter is effective at capturing 99,97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns from the air that passes through the air purifier.
  4. The active carbon filter is particularly effective on smoke and odours.
  5. Negative ionization attach to the very small particles which adds to the performance of the air purifier.

Care and Cleaning

With proper care and maintenance your PURLINE Air Purifier should serve you for many years to come.

OUTER HOUSING- Dirt and dust that settles on the unit due to the ionization process, as well as fingerprints, can be wiped away with a clean, soft moist cloth. Do not use cleaning agents or abrasive materials. Use a cotton swab to wipe dust accumulation from between the grilles.

PRE-FILTER AND PHOTO-OXIDATION FILTER: use a vacuum cleaner.

NOTE: Do not clean the BIOSTOP/ active carbon/HEPA filter it needs to be replaced.

Filter replacement

For best results  the BIOSTOP/carbon/HEPA filter cartridge needs to be replaced regularly.  Under normal conditions, it is expected to last from 6 months to 2 years according to usage.

If you use the air purifier in an environment where there is high concentration of air pollution and at high speed, you will probably need to change the BIOSTOP/carbon/HEPA filter more often. If it is used in a cleaner environment and at low speed it will last longer. Frequent cleaning of the pre-filter will extend the life of the main filter and the BIOSTOP Biological Screen.

2.      Remove the frontal grille by releasing the two side locking tabs.
